Initially, expectations were running high. Coming out of Vanderbilt with a three point percentage of 52%, Nesmith was generally accepted as the best shooter coming out of the draft. However, the shots weren’t falling once he got a taste of NBA action.

The Celtics took last game in thrilling fashion, proving once again that regardless of when in the season they’re playing, they can still get any fan’s blood pressure up. It was Romeo Langford caught a steal and subsequently hit a three pointer to put the Celtics up by one with 13.8 seconds left on the clock. The bench unit was able to defend a game winning attempt, and the Celtics took the win by a score of 98-97.
